Deposits are required to secure rentals or custom orders. All deposits are non-refundable after 7 days.
Final payments are due before setup or delivery.
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your event to avoid charges.
Custom items and floral products are final sale.
Rental items must be returned in good condition. Damaged or missing items may result in additional fees.
Delivery & setup fees may apply based on location.

Return and Refund Policy

At Elegant Floral & Décor, we take pride in providing quality products and services. Please review our policy below:

Custom items and floral products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once completed.
Rental deposits are non-refundable if canceled less than 7 days before your event.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or partial refund.
Rental items must be returned in good condition. Damaged or missing items may result in additional charges.
